-  our liability waivers must be signed prior to participating in activities here.  Parents/legal guardians must sign for their children under 19 years.  No exceptions.

-you must ensure you have enough adults present to supervise the children.

-  private rentals are available on a walk in basis and subject to availability.  

-  pre-booking (pre-paying) will reserve your group's time. 

-our cancellation policy is in effect, there will only be a refund, partial or full, if we can fill that time with an equal size rental or if you're providing at least 2 weeks notice to cancel, then we can issue a refund in full.  In most cases, we are able to offer a reschedule to a later date (depending on the reason for not being able to attend on your originally booked date).

-refunds for visa/MasterCard payments will be for the face value minus $10 service fee

*in the event of Provincial Health Orders cancelling any rental, we will be offering credit for a reschedule or for other rentals that we offer.

- bumper cars are for ages 6+, ages 2+ can ride as a passenger with an adult, not for anyone who's pregnant or who has back or neck issues, max weight 300lbs/car.

-  we are located in the Skeena Mall between Save On Foods & The Source

- part of our COVID-19 protocols includes hand washing, hand sanitizing and we disinfect equipment in between uses.

-private rentals and birthday parties are intended for you and your group.  ALL staff at MaXXed Out maintain social distancing so please ensure you have enough adult supervision with you.

- clean running shoes are mandatory just for the A-frame climbing ramp (ages 6+) and laser tag to avoid injury.  Outdoor shoes are not permitted.

-ages 5+ must wear a mask mask here, we do not supply them.  We will review this by April 1, 2022 and depending on our region’s covid cases, we will drop the mask rule or extend it.  We want everyone here, staff included, to be safe.

-failure to comply, rudeness to other patrons and/or staff will terminate your party with no refund.  Or in the case of a public drop in, you will be asked to leave, no refunds.
